About Dr. Owen:  Dr. Carter Owen is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and board eligible in Medical Genetics and Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (MG and REI). She attended the University of Georgia and the Medical College of Georgia.  Dr. Owen is a member of the LGBTQ clinical committee for CCRM nationwide.  She and her wife are the proud parents of two sons.
